SAPULPA, Okla. (July 25, 2023) Chasing the race this past weekend, weather dictated location and to an extent, the outcome for Landon Britt, who posted a fifth-place finish at Creek County Speedway on Friday night.
Dealing with moisture in the track from rain that morning, Creek County Speedway was technical, but Landon still managed a fifth-place run with the American Bank of Oklahoma ASCS Sooner Region presented by Smiley’s Racing Products.
Having to deal with weather again, and this time unforecasted, several hours after Heats were contested, action was able to resume at 81 Speedway with Landon slipping from sixth to 13th.
Focus turns now to the 33rd annual Xtreme Powered by Mediacom 360 Knoxville Nationals presented by Great Southern Bank at Knoxville Raceway, happening August 3-5.
