Shebester Shines At Creek County Speedway

Bristow, OK (August 18, 2024) – The AmeriFlex Hose and Accessories OCRS Sprints asked, and Creek County Speedway delivered. Thirty-one drivers signed in for competition at the quarter-mile track in Kellyville, OK. Heat races were won by Sheldon Barksdale, Alex Sewell, Emilio Hoover, Steven Shebester, and Noah Harris. With the top fourteen drivers securing spots in the main event, six more had to earn their way in through a single B-feature. Zach Chappell won the semi-feature, with Jimmy Forrester, Tyler Lapointe, Kevin Cummings, Blake Green, and Joshua Tyree also transferring to the main event.

With no invert for the night, the stage was set for the thirty-lap AmeriFlex Hose and Accessories main event. The field was led to the green by the night’s high-point driver, Emilio Hoover, and Steven Shebester. Shebester got the jump on the field, grabbing the early race lead, with Hoover falling back before charging back to second. The night’s feature was eventful, with plenty of action throughout the field. At the end of thirty laps, it was Shebester who picked up the victory, with Hoover, Alex Sewell, Blake Edwards, and Danny Smith rounding out the top five.
