Wet Forecast Washes Out Events On Saturday, April 19
Bryan Hulbert - SAPULPA, Okla. (April 18, 2025) With the forecast showing increasing rain chances starting Friday night and increasing to near 100% into Saturday, this weekend's Oil Capital Racing Series event has been postponed to Saturday, October 4.
The Easter Egg hunt will take place Saturday, April 26 during the Randy Wheeler Memorial, which includes free grandstand admission anyone with a current government issued ID displaying an address in Bristow, Drumright, and Oilton. We will have an area for kids 6 years and younger and a separate area for kids, 7 years and older.
The new OCRS date will be the Pat Suchy Classic. The event was originally scheduled to be contested at Red Dirt Raceway. Sadly the facility has been shuttered.
