Rain Postpones Creek County Cup
SAPULPA, Okla. (June 29, 2021) With four inches of rain already falling this week, and more rain in the forecast tonight and tomorrow, the Creek County Cup presented by Terry Mattox Promotions on Wednesday, June 30 has been postponed.
"We hate to cancel, but with the rain, we've already had, and the forecast, we'd be worse to get everyone there and then cancel," stated Terry Mattox. "I appreciate Steve [Hahn] for working with me. Once we find a date that works, we'll get that out for everyone."
For now, the next event at Creek County Speedway will be Saturday, July 3 with Fast Five Weekly action. The night's card includes DSO Champ 305 Sprints, York Plumbing Modifieds, Tim Chainey Trucking Factory Stocks, Mini Stocks, and NOW600 Mini Mods.
Gates open at 5:00 P.M. with Hot Laps at 7:00 P.M. Racing is at 7:30 P.M. (CDT). Tickets are $10 for adults, $6 for Youth (11-14), and free for Kids 10 and under. Pits are $30.
