Inside Line Promotions – SPRINGFIELD, Neb. (Oct. 23, 2018) – It’s been a banner season for Jack Dover, who will wrap up his 2018 campaign this Friday and Saturday at Creek County Speedway in Sapulpa, Okla., during the John Christner Trucking Fall Fling.

The Lucas Oil ASCS National Tour presented by SawBlade.com event will mark Dover’s debut at the track.

“It’s always a lot of fun to race at new tracks,” he said. “I hear it’s like I-30 Speedway in Little Rock, Ark., and is a tiny bullring. It should be action packed and fun. Hopefully the weather cooperates and we can have a smooth, fun weekend.”

Dover has one top five and three top 10s during limited starts with the ASCS National Tour this season. However, he has been dominant in 360ci sprint car competition in the Midwest.

Dover recently secured his third Carpet Land Nebraska 360 Sprints championship in the last four years. He also placed second in the track standings at I-80 Speedway in Greenwood, Neb., and ended fourth in the Midwest Sprint Touring Series despite missing multiple races.

Additionally, Dover has produced a dozen feature wins. It marked the seventh time in his career that he has won at least 12 races in a single season.

“It’s been a good season and we’re looking to end with another win or two,” he said. “We haven’t won an ASCS National Tour race in a couple of years so that’d be huge for our team to accomplish that. We’re going to go down there and have fun and enjoy the last weekend of the year.”

Dover has earned eight career ASCS National Tour triumphs, including one in the state of Oklahoma.

SEASON STATS –

41 races, 12 wins, 24 top fives, 30 top 10s, 34 top 15s, 37 top 20s
