Ironman Precursor Race Scheduled for March 31st
TULSA, Okla., (February 1, 2017) - An Ironman Precursor Race has been scheduled for March 31st.
This Ironman Precursor Race is going to be an evening of non-wing racing action for the Champ Sprints to get some practice, and to give the fans a taste of what to look forward to for the 3rd Annual Ironman 50 Challenge, scheduled for September 8th and 9th.
The evening will be slated as a full evening's racing program. Drivers will have to compete for their starting position in the evening's 35 lap main event.
Also on the racing card for the evening will be the first appearance of the Sooner Late Model Series. This will be the first time that Late Models will be seen in racing action at Creek County Speedway's 1/4 mile bull ring since 2009.
