Easter Eggstravaganza and Fast Five Racing highlight Easter Weekend at The Creek!
Terry Mattox - SAPULPA, Okla. (April 16, 2014) - This Saturday night its Easter Eggstravaganza Night at the Creek County Speedway, as we will have Easter basket giveaways at the gate, a Easter egg hunt following the last checkered flag of the evening, and a visit from the Easter bunny himself! It’s a fun family night you don’t want to miss!
Ricky York has taken over command of the Champ Sprint point standings with a 31 point lead over Grant Wresche (396-365.) Michael Tyre currently holds down the third spot sitting six points behind Wresche (365-359.) Brandon James and Christian York will round out the top five in Champ Sprint point standings.
Ho Dean continues to lead the point standings in the A-Modified division with a 23 point lead over Anthony Neel (466-443.) Johnny DeRamus rounds out the podium sitting 51 markers behind Neel. Randy Bailey and Justin Cartwright hold down the fourth and fifth spot going into this weekend in A-Mod standings.
Tanner Phillips holds a 16 point lead over second place, Samuel Stageman (417-401) in the Dwarf Car division. Rob McQuary sits 11 points behind Stageman to round out the top three. Larry Pense and David Cummins round out the top five in Dwarf Car points.
Tommy Romine currently leads Bobby Wolfe by 39 makers in the Factory Stock division (466-427.) Jimmy Owens sits in the third spot 21 points behind Wolfe (427-406.) Toby Cooper and Lance Folsom round out the top five in the Factory Stock division going into week four of the 2014 season.
Dee Denton currently leads the point standings in the Mini Stock division with a 19 point lead over Josh Tyre (445-426.) Evan Smith currently resides in the third spot six markers behind third place. Dale Wick and Michael Stucks currently round out the top five in the Mini Stocks.
Load up the kids, call your mother in law and bring them all out to “The Creek” this Friday and Saturday night for the fastest fun around!
Gates open at 4:30; Hotlaps at 6:30; and the green flag flies at 7:00!
Tickets just $10 for Adults, Kids 10-14 $6 and children under 10 are always FREE! Pit Passes $30.
Easter Baskets will be handed out to the kids while supplies last! Easter Egg Hunt following the races!
Creek County Speedway is a fast quarter mile oval located outside Sapulpa, Oklahoma on historic Route 66. CCS has been bringing high octane excitement to race fans since 1986.
