DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (August 30, 2022) - A special NOW600 Nationals is in store for the Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by Hi Plains Building Division on November 4-5 at Creek County Speedway in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.
Celebrating the series 10th season of existence, NOW600 Founder and President, Terry Mattox is upping the ante for this seasons NOW600 Nationals event.
"It definitely has been a roller coaster of a ride." stated Mattox. "The many ups and downs has been worth it in the end."
A Saturday night finale paying each Lucas Oil NOW600 National Series division (Stock Non-Wing, Winged A-Class and Restricted 'A' Class) $2,000 to win and $300 to start.
"With it being our tenth season on tour, I wanted to give back to the drivers and do something cool; We will pay a purse that totals $10,000 for each of our three national touring divisions."
Friday, November 4 will feature a prelim night with standard NOW600 National 1st Day payout. There will not be any lock-ins, however a driver that does not race on Friday can start no better than 11th in the feature event on Saturday. The prelim night winner can start no worse than seventh in Saturday's feature.
Thursday, November 3 will be a practice night along with parking.
NOW600 Sooner State Dwarf Cars will also be on the program each night. Saturday's Dwarf Car feature will pay $1,000 to win and $100 to start. $20 draw fee each night. $200 to win and $35 to start Friday.
Entry fee for the Stock Non-Wing, Winged A-Class and Restricted 'A' Class will be $150 per class and includes two days pit pass and pill draw if paid by November 1. After November 1 pit passes will not be included in entry fee.
